Surveyor is a slow moving utility truck that deploys into a GDI Outpost
Tiberium Essence[]
The basic use and purpose of the Surveyor have not changed from the vanilla version. The main difference between the two is that the Surveyor used to take 14 seconds to unpack and now that it is in Tiberium Essence it only takes 2 seconds which seems more reasonable and usable. It works like its Nod and Scrin counterparts, the Emissary and Explorer, respectively.
