The Mobile EMP Cannon is a GDI support vehicle, capable of disabling enemy units with its EMP cannon. Only a single one of these vehicles may be deployed at a time.

Realizing the effectiveness of the EMP cannon, GDI researchers quickly developed a mobile version of the weapon. The result was the Mobile EMP, a vehicle that releases a less powerful blast, with far less range, radially from itself. The vehicle is lightly armored due to the EMP generators it carries. It is effective against all nearby electronic devices, vehicles, and cyborgs. However, the Mobile EMP requires some time to charge before being able to fire.
