Railgun Upgrade is an upgrade for the GDI, available from the Tech Center.
Tiberium Essence[]
GDI's first railguns were seen during the Second Tiberium War in the Mammoth Mk.II. Now, they have increased their railgun production, and many GDI ground vehicles can be upgraded with them. Once researched, Titan, Mammoth Tank, Predator Mk2, Colossus and AA Battery gain railguns to replace their cannons. Railguns deal more damage than regular cannons, and are also more accurate, making anti-infantry combat for vehicles easier.
