Tiberium Spikes extract Tiberium from underground deposits and refine it on site, providing a small but continuous stream of resources (10 credits per second). When first captured, it grants a 750 credit bonus to its owner. Each Tiberium Spike is powered by self-sufficient solar panels and does not require additional power. If a Spike is destroyed, a small Tiberium field appears near its wreckage as the Tiberium stored within spreading over the nearby area. Being civilian structures, Tiberium Spikes are completely unarmed and need to be protected from enemy units and engineers.
